Next  PLAST  will be right time for Comerio Ercole to a  worldwide presentation concerning a new product as result of an interesting R&D process.

Nowadays a “production thinking” can not be successful and “ecologically correct” without a deep evaluation of the three stages o a product:

-        design and production with low environmental impact

-        utilization with the best ratio between performances/energy consumption

-        lifetime with recycling option at the end of the same

Comerio Ercole has therefore decided to integrate the actual machinery and plant production program (internal mixer, mixing mills, calenders and complete production plants) proposing a new revolutionary system, expressively dedicated to the recycling field.

The main concept of this new technology is to combine a MATRIX of a thermoplastic element (EVA for example) with a FILLER which can be for example based of rubber crumbs coming from wasted tires.

Comerio Ercole on the base of a strategic cooperation with an Italian company is in the position to supply a  complete process from used tires to crumbs reclaiming so to be utilized on the new plant now presented during PLAST 2009.

The new process is performed throughout a simple, economic and continuous-way system. The production plant ETP^® MODEL  is based on a special single-screw extruder equipped with a PATENTED mixing chamber where the filler and the matrix are perfectly blended. This new system allows maintaining the original features of the filler.

The production range is complete of six different models from the little one ETP^®  800 with a productivity of 200 kg/hour up to ETP^®  2200 with 1100 kg/hour.

Due the impossibility to run in the exhibition the plant Comerio Ercole has organized a “shuttle bus” from our booth to our factory in Busto Arsizio where it will possible to see the pilot plant in whole production reaching a productivity of 450 kg/hour.
