Comerio Ercole, in the logic of "Customer Satisfaction", has recently created a new company trade-mark identified as "Comerio Ercole Quality Proof".

The trade-mark states a wide range of technical features, concerning product quality and ability in customer's service.

With this trade-mark Comerio Ercole guarantees to customers important product requirements and assures a greater transparency in the supply, confirming the good technical and technological features of the products "MADE IN ITALY" in the metal-mechanical and installation branches.

1. QUALITY CERTIFICATION
   Comerio Ercole guarantees that its production process is managed according to the rules ISO 9001 Edition 2000. The specific scope of the certification is: "Design, production, installation, start-up and servicing of machinery and plants for: calendering of rubber, plastic materials, fabrics, nonwovens and other materials, which can be processed through similar technology. Mixing of rubber and plastic materials."
   
   
2. GUARANTEE TERMS
   Comerio Ercole guarantees the good quality of materials and relating accurate workmanship for 12 months starting from the commissioning date, but not later than 18 months from the shipping date. The guarantee is limited to the components proved defective except when failure is due to normal wear and tear. The defective components will be replaced free of charge and delivered ex Comerio Ercole workshop. The eventual assembly on site is at Customer's charge. It is excluded any responsibility for direct or indirect damages coming from faults of the supply. The guarantee is not applied when Customer is in arrears with payments, goods are altered, and failure is due to bad maintenance, inexperience and excessive or undue use or generally due to causes, for which Comerio Ercole is not responsible.
   
   
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
   Comerio Ercole guarantees a post-sale structured Customer Service with proper dedicated staff, able to assure quickness and competence in the technical interventions required. Comerio Ercole guarantees the possibility to offer a scheduled and periodical maintenance service for its own products.
   
   
4. SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY
   Comerio Ercole guarantees to Customers the supply of required spare parts for at least 10 years after machine delivery, assuring also the existence of a company organization that has always available original drawings and plans. Spare parts "in catalogue" out of production at the moment of the enquiry are excluded; for these last ones, in any case, for what technically possible, Comerio Ercole will do its best to identify interchangeable components.
   
   
5. SAFETY CARE
   Comerio Ercole offers particular guarantees to Customers all over the world concerning operators' safety, with peculiar reference to the main existing technical rules (EN, ISO, IEC). The safety standards referred to supplies with destination extra-EU are also evaluated.

Each Customer of M/s Comerio Ercole can indicate its own satisfaction level using the Evaluation Check-List.
Comerio Ercole guarantees the activation of specific formal checking procedures for every indication received.
