- Horizontal calender
The patented calender, with roll horizontal arrangement, allows the web, produced by the high-speed card, to freely falls into the operating rolls, keeping all its original morphological features unchanged.

- High- production calender
High- production line for the thermobonding of synthetic fibres, having a high working width (4.500 mm) as well as a high production speed (350 m/min).
The calender is foreseen with 2 motors with digital synchronization, high power station and system for the continuous bending control, in order to grant the highest efficiency and precision.
The communication among the line machineries happens through serial connection.
Specific communication protocols between the PLC system for calender drive and the equipment for the line supervision are applied according to the specific customer's requirements.
