We are looking for a field service technical professional to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in the start-up and commissioning of industrial plants, preferably in the calendering sector or related fields (rubber, plastics, technical textiles, composites)
• Practical knowledge of complex systems, including mechanical interaction and, where applicable, electrical aspects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and functional diagrams (mechanical, fluid, electrical, and pneumatic)
• Familiarity with digital tools for data collection, report writing, and technical documentation
• Ability to work independently on-site, coordinating activities in collaboration with headquarters, the client, and technicians from other suppliers
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad (Europe, Asia, the Americas), with adaptability and a problem-solving mindset
• Good command of technical English, useful for communication with international clients and understanding technical documentation
• Team-oriented attitude, flexibility, initiative, and results-driven approach
• Any additional skills in automation and fluid systems are considered a plus
