  Comerio Ercole ensures that its production process is managed in accordance with the ISO 9001 standards Edition 2008.
• WARRANTY TERMS
  Comerio Ercole ensures the good quality of the materials and their accurate machining according to the protocols and specific norms agreed with the customer.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE
  Comerio Ercole provides an after-sales assistance service provided by a dedicated team of staff able to offer rapid and competent support by means of a new system called “TICKETING”. Comerio Ercole additionally offers its customers the possibility of a scheduled and periodical maintenance service.
• SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY
  Comerio Ercole guarantees its customer the supply of original spare parts for at least 10 years after the machines delivery, offering a truly corporate service and organization which always has at its disposal any technical drawing for the identification of the interchangeable component or components.
• EDUCATION
  Comerio Ercole developed a new program of professional education called “ATHENA”. This system supports the customer by providing detailed knowledge and understanding concerning the delivered plants.
• SAFETY
  Comerio Ercole pays specific attention to operator’s safety worldwide, paying special attention to the main existing technical rules (EN, ISO, IEC). Safety standards concerning the supply of machinery outside of the EU-market are particularly taken into consideration.
