MONTHLY NEWS – JULY 2025

On July 2–3, 2025, Comerio Ercole was proud to participate in the exclusive Open House event organized by Oerlikon Nonwoven at its Technology Center in Neumünster, Germany. The event gathered more than 50 invited professionals from the nonwovens industry and featured live demonstrations, technical presentations, and in-depth discussions focused on innovations throughout the entire nonwovens process chain.

Alongside seven other leading partners, Comerio Ercole contributed by showcasing advanced technologies that support the evolution of nonwoven production. Our presentation focused on the latest innovations in calendering solutions, a crucial stage in the finishing process of nonwoven materials. We emphasized Comerio Ercole’s commitment to delivering precision, reliability, and energy efficiency through tailor-made calender systems developed in close cooperation with industry partners and customers.

The event also featured live demonstrations of Oerlikon Neumag’s patented hycuTEC hydro-charging system for meltblown media production, spunbond lines for BiCo PET/CoPET, and PP geotextiles. Other partners presented complementary solutions ranging from spin finish applications to winding systems, reflecting a holistic approach to innovation across the entire manufacturing line.

Comerio Ercole’s participation underscored the importance of collaboration and integration across all stages of the nonwovens production chain. “We believe that delivering value to our customers means not only providing advanced machines, but also being part of a well-coordinated and forward-thinking network,” stated the Comerio Ercole team during the event.

We thank Oerlikon Nonwoven for organizing such a well-executed event and for the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and technological excellence in the nonwovens sector.

On July 23rd, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of international students from the ITS Incom Foundation, specializing in mechatronics and industrial automation. The visit offered students an in-depth look into real-world applications of their studies as they toured our production departments and exchanged insights with our engineers. These initiatives are part of Comerio Ercole’s broader commitment to fostering young talent and supporting technical education with practical exposure to the world of advanced machinery and calendering technology. We firmly believe that opening our doors to young professionals is a valuable step in building the future of our industry.

In a different but equally energizing context, our company proudly participated in the “Torneo del Centenario”, a local football tournament celebrating a century of sporting tradition. The Comerio Ercole team made it all the way to the final match, which was played under challenging weather conditions. Despite the rain, the game was a great display of teamwork and determination, perfectly reflecting the values we bring to our everyday work. The strong connection among our players and the support from colleagues created a memorable and spirited atmosphere.

We also had the pleasure of hosting our long-time technical partner Ago based in India. His visits are always a source of joy and professional enrichment. Acting as a vital link between Comerio Ercole and our Indian clients, he ensures fluid communication, technical alignment, and strong relationships that continue to strengthen our presence in the region. His support is fundamental in providing prompt and tailored service to a rapidly growing and strategic market.

This combination of educational outreach, team collaboration, and global partnership represents the core of Comerio Ercole’s identity: a company rooted in tradition, yet constantly looking ahead.
