COMERIO ERCOLE awarded during the event organized as part of the WHP- Workplace Health Promotion program.
An initiative promoted by Ats Insubria in collaboration with Confindustria Varese and the local trade union organizations Cgil, Cisl and Uil.
Objective: to make companies more sustainable workplaces, capable of improving people's health and promoting a healthier lifestyle among employees thanks to concrete activities within the company.
The WHP program, born more than ten years ago in 2013, today involves 99 workplaces for a total of 26,000 workers. The companies awarded during the meeting held at the Gallarate headquarters of Confindustria Varese are those that during 2023 stood out for having adopted good practices in terms of well-being and healthy eating behaviors; active lifestyle; tobacco cessation (quit smoking); combating addictive behaviors such as drugs, alcohol and gambling; involvement of the competent doctor; work-life balance and screening.
